Slab Creek Music Festival

Craig Stewart launched the Slab Creek Music Festival in 2002, to provide an opportunity for people to get together and spend an entire long-weekend devoted entirely to the celebration of making music. Craig’s experiment quickly became a favorite yearly event for most everyone who has attended.

Our mission is to create a supportive environment in which people of all ages and abilities can celebrate our collective creativity through the exploration, creation, learning and performance of music of all genres.
