Wetlands and Wellies Dinner & Tours

Wetlands and Wellies is The Wetland Conservancy’s inaugural fundraising farm dinner at the Oregon Coast. This outdoor dinner event will take place at an organic farm adjacent to The Wetlands Conservancy’s (TWC) recently acquired Bayview Oxbow Preserve in Waldport, and highlights the benefits of conserving and restoring Oregon’s wetlands. James Beard Award finalist, Chef Cathy Whims, and other Oregon chefs will craft a family-style dinner that showcases products from local farmers, fisherman, distillers, brewers, winemakers and more.

During the day, TWC will help guests build up an appetite by offering guided tours – on foot and in kayaks – of its Central Coast wetlands projects, highlighting the many benefits of maintaining Oregon’s Central Coastal wetlands.

Blue Heron Farm – Waldport, Oregon

Cost:
Attendance will be limited to 125 guests, with tickets priced at $125 per person.
